Evolent Healthcare is a specialty healthcare management services company.  We perform network development and on-going management of provider networks that serve health care companies throughout the country.  Our objective is to provide our clients’ members with access to quality network providers that perform appropriate care in an efficient manner.  Evolent compiles and utilizes treatment, outcome, cost, and satisfaction information as a comprehensive approach to monitor and manage care received by members.

We have been successfully managing specialty networks since Evolent was founded in 1985.  Our network development efforts are focused on ancillary and rehabilitation providers throughout the country.  Current networks include chiropractic, physical therapy, speech language therapy, occupational therapy, acupuncture, and massage therapy.
