Evolent has established networks of various specialty health care providers, including acupuncture, chiropractic, massage therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech and language pathology. Various payers including health plans, health maintenance organizations (HMO’s), preferred provider organizations (PPO’s), workers’ compensation carriers, third party administrators (TPA’s) and employers contract with us to manage their specialty health care provider networks. As a participating provider you will receive helpful data comparing your practice to your peers, including data about quality indicators, patient satisfaction, and utilization. Additionally, we have educational/informational tools to aid you and your staff.
